On a very wet and windy day, gummy sweets with purpose and waterproof pockets in sustainable beachwear were two pitches guaranteed to bring the sun out in the Den this week. But did the Dragons give them a warm welcome or a cold shoulder? Read on to find out more!
Hello, and welcome to this week’s Dragons’ Den Blog. The powers that be have once again let me loose on an episode and I cannot wait to get to grIPs with this one.
I’ve always wondered how I would fair if ever I found myself in the Den.
A real mixed bag in tonight’s episode with drinks, dolls, beauty products and bicycle accessories all being pitched for that all important investment. It just goes to show that IP affects every area of business.
I’ve always been a girlie girl. I love make-up, shopping and a good old pamper, although I don’t do it half as much as I should! *checks for wrinkles in the mirror*
Probably one of the worst things you can do if you are seeking investment in your business is to insult the investor.
Happy new year to all the readers of the Dragons’ Den IP blog.
So, that’s Christmas over and done with for another year. Months of planning, shopping, wrapping and cooking, over in the blink of an eye.
When I became a mother I made a promise to myself not to ‘let myself go’. To try and keep in touch with fashion, remain well groomed and not turn up to the school gates minus make-up.
I’ve always been fond of animals. But it wasn’t until my parents got a Jug last year (a Jack Russell mixed with a Pug) that I became a real animal lover.
Having that ‘Eureka!’ moment is something few of us experience.
